CANCELLATION POLICY

Our policies on cancellation are dependent on the amount of time given ahead of your arrival date.  From the date you made the booking up to three weeks (21 Days) prior to your arrival date,  you could be subject to a cancellation fee  up to $25.  Between the third week (21 Days) and the second week (14 Days) prior to your arrival, you could be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the first night's deposit.  Between the second week (14 Days) and 1 week (7 Days) ahead of you arrival, you could subject to a cancellation fee of up to 75% of the first night's deposit.  A cancellation 7 days or less prior to you arrival day could subject you to a 100% forfeit of your deposit. All times are by 12 noon. You agree to the cancellation policy at the time you book your reservation.
